PHILOSOPHY: My goal as a coach is to help each of my athletes become the best runner they possibly can be. I will work with you to create a plan that fits your personal abilities and schedule so that you can have success. I feel that anyone can reach their running goals if they are willing to work hard for them. I would love to help you on your journey!





 1 on 1 COACHING: $75/month

*Custom weekly training schedule updated in 1-2 week blocks

*Bi-Weekly review of, and feedback on, key workouts in your training log

*Access to your own VDOT O2 account to view the details of your plan and to log your daily workouts

*Customized training plan to fit your schedule, goals, and past run history as well as help with race preparation

*Unlimited modification of plan based on how your are progressing through your training

*If needed, support and advice on cross training ideas to support running goals

*Communication through email/social media/text and/or VDOT program (allow up to 24 hours for response)
