“I have had a wonderful time working with Bridget during my Marathon training! She created a plan specifically for me to help me reach my goals and ultimately become a stronger runner! Bridget has helped me reach milestones in my training that I never thought possible such as running a sub 7 minute mile, improving my Marathon PR by over 18 minutes and placing 2nd in my age group in my most recent Half Marathon! Her training plans are structured, well thought out and push you out of your comfort zone so you can grow as an athlete.
